  • Orders, are dispatched from us within 24 hours 
  • No shipments are held on Saturday, while deliveries can take place on Saturday only after communicating with us.
  • No deliveries/handlings and shipments of orders are held on Sundays or Public Holidays.
  • Orders that exceed the amount of 30€ are free of transportation costs.



All stocked items will be dispatched within 24 hours from the date the order is placed. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out.
Please note that all orders are sent on weekdays only.


We charge an amount for all orders abroad proportionally to your country when your order is less than 139€.Orders arrive within 1-3 business days from the date that the parcel leaves our place. Please note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

All items are delivered via DHL Global Mail International shipping services. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders that exceed the amount of 139€ are free of transportation costs.



You have the right to return products you have bought in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. The products can be exchanged for products of the same value, but in a different size or colour. There is also the option of exchanging the unwanted product with a different product of equal value, or receive a coupon equal to the original products value.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that the display of the colours on your computer or device accurately reflects the true colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Any minor inconsistencies between units of the same Product in characteristics such as grain, texture, knots and colour variation will not be classed as faults or defects.

Except where Products supplied to you are faulty, you are responsible for the costs of returning the Products.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

There are two alternatives if you are not satisfied with the products received from arkos.gr, either a refund or a credit coupon.

Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order and any items received after then may be discarded. Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and initial packaging.

If the return tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.


Once we have received the items, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Arkos reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric, in which case they will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Arkos will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
